Is this live, or a set of recordings?
Live. Every session is one hour, one-to-one with Anneli, so you're coached on your own delivery rather than watching a video. Presence is a craft — you can't learn it by streaming.
Do I need to be a confident speaker already?
No. Emma Wigmore — a CEO who speaks to boards and conferences regularly — had never had formal training and was "surprised by how quickly small adjustments made a significant difference." Whether you're experienced or find speaking daunting, the work meets you where you are.
Will I be on camera?
Yes — and that's the point. The room can always tell. Practising on camera, private one to one, is exactly how the craft transfers to the rooms that matter.
